Promotion Summary and Eligibility

Participation in this Welcome Offer promotion is limited to new WynnBET patrons only and can opt in to this promotion only once.
• To be eligible for this promotion a patron must:
- have a valid registered WynnBET account;
- not have made a first deposit; and
- have not participated in any other welcome promotions offered by WynnBET.
• To participate in this promotion, new New Jersey WynnBET patrons must opt-in on the promotional tile found in the WynnBET app or on website and review the terms and conditions mentioned on the landing page.
• To participate in this promotion a patron must:
- make a minimum first deposit of $30 in a single transaction;
- after the minimum $30 first deposit is made, the new WynnBET patron will be awarded a Casino Bonus equal to 100% of that first deposit amount up to a maximum of $1,000.
• The Casino Bonus will be available via the “Wallet” menu in the mobile or website within 24 hours of achieving the minimum first deposit requirement.
• New patrons are eligible to participate in this promotion only once regardless of any changes to this promotion; and therefore, can earn Casino Bonus only once during participation.
• The Casino Bonus is subject to a ten-times (10x) wagering requirement.
• The awarded Casino Bonus will expire ten (10) days after the date of award.
• The Casino Bonus can be used on any online casino game, including slot games and table games.

How it Works:
- Upon completing the registration process, the new WynnBET patron opts into the promotion via the Promotional Tile.
- Example 1: if the patron deposits a single deposit of $30, then the patron will be awarded a $30 Casino Bonus.
- Example 2: if the patron deposits a single deposit of $1,001, then the patron will be awarded a $1,000 casino bonus as $1,000 is the maximum awarded amount.

How the Casino Bonus Works
• Casino Bonus will be credited to patron’s account within 24 hours of settlement of the qualifying wager.
• Casino Bonus can be awarded through site-wide or targeted promotional campaigns.
• Casino Bonus will be awarded directly to a patron at WynnBET’s discretion.
• Casino Bonus can be used to wager on any game in the WynnBET casino.
• Patrons must meet the wagering requirement as notified in the Direct Communication or in the Promotional Tile before it can be withdrawn or wagered.
• Casino Bonus will expire after 10 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in the Direct Communication or in the Promotional Tile.

Casino Bonus Wagering Requirement

• The Casino Bonus wagering requirement is a multiplier of the Casino Bonus amount, ranging from 1x to 20x, provided through the Direct Communication or Promotional Tile. For every dollar in Casino Bonus, the patron must wager the total dollar value of the Casino Bonus multiplied by the wagering requirement.
Examples
- Scenario 1 - $10 casino bonus with 1x wagering requirement: The patron would need to wager $10 to unlock the $10 casino bonus.
- Scenario 2 - $10 casino bonus with 10x wagering requirement: The patron would need to wager $100 to unlock the $10 casino bonus.
- Scenario 3 - $10 casino bonus with 20x wagering requirement: The patron would need to wager $200 to unlock the $10 casino bonus.
• Casino Bonus amounts expire 10 days after they are awarded.
• Patrons can opt into multiple bonuses at any given time; however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one bonus at a time.
• Wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus unless the patron pauses said bonus by resuming play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Patrons can resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.
• If the patron opts out of this bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from Casino Bonus will be removed from the patron’s account.
• The percentage of your wager that counts toward your wagering requirement varies based on the game you are playing and the wagering requirement multiplier specific to the promotion. Here are the percentages
- Slots: 100% of the multiplier - Video Poker: 20% of the multiplier - Table Games (excluding Baccarat): 20% of the multiplier - Live Table Games (excluding Live Baccarat): 20% of the multiplier - Baccarat: 10% of the multiplier - Live Baccarat: 10% of the multiplier

General Terms

• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q).
• WynnBET will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xii.
